Lit is still at it. Many, many authors have been complaining about the ever-increasing difficulties of posting stories on here, but lit has, once again, moved the goalposts. They are now saying that the use of a program as simple as Grammarly is a breach of their anti-AI rules. Although I appreciate the need to keep this site as a place for people to put up their work and not be filled with AI-generated nonsense, there surely has to be a limit on how draconian those rules should be. Grammarly is a tool I have used for years; it has never been an issue before, and now suddenly it is. More than that, it is now taking them about 4 weeks to decide if one chapter follows those rules or not. NewU. Chapter 45 was submitted on the 21st March, and no matter how many tickets I put in asking for it to be put up, nothing.

So I'm done. I am not rewriting an entire chapter of 20k words without any sort of grammatical or spelling check just to appease a stupid rule that has come out of nowhere. It's obscene. I will keep submitting the same chapter, as is, until they finally get the point and just put it up. But I will not be putting up any other chapters until they do. I appreciate the support you have all given me on here. It has meant more to me than you could ever imagine, but the moderators of this site are now actively hindering my ability to keep going.

Also, just to be dick... this profile was corrected using Grammerly.

NewU is coming to its final parts, and will be finished in the next few months, maybe by christmas. Although there are already plans for the sequel after that.

All is fair is going well, and still has several years worth of storyline still left to get through. I am enjoying every minute of writing it

The Island is currently on long-term hold thanks to it needing a complete rewrite of the start of the story. I will get back to that eventually.
