For the next couple of days, we were able to relax, unwind, and recuperate from the huge crowds of people and all the excitement of the expo. "She invited me to visit her after my retirement in a few months. I'm already making plans to go," Robert said. "Hoping that she'll invite me to stay and move in with her, I just don't know what will happen when we see one another again, but I'm excited to see what may come of this."

Our time together was all too short but sadly, it was time for my dad to return to New York, and to his life there. It was time for us to begin our own lives as a newly married couple. We thanked him for his visit and looked forward to seeing him again soon. After he had packed, we took him to the airport for his flight home.
