Both Yama and his consort stopped, then looked at me surprised. "I must go," I said as I blinked out.

This time I was following another somewhat strong power. This time I appeared a great distance above the earth, in front of a bank of very thick clouds.

I reached out to touch them, only a little surprised when they felt solid as hell. I tried to pry them open, no dice. I tried an energy blast the same effect. I swiped at the edge, seeing a piece break off, dissolve, then it reformed.

Shit I thought, another one of those puzzles, maybe I thought. I backed up, then flew at it, cutting it in half, then stopped and did it again. I tried to keep it from reforming, then there was a loud boom as I felt another two.

Ah! I thought about the two trying to attack me, hello Chandra, which gave him pause. You must be Rohini, I thought to them.

They were both staring at me, that's when I felt my power start to decline again. Shit not again, I thought, as I blinked out, I felt the both of them following me. I also felt Kali as she appeared beside me as I was heading for the tent.

I barely made it, collapsing in Kali's arms as she tried to drag me into my bed. "Thanks." I told her, then let the darkness take me.

I wasn't sure how long I was out this time, but it was dark out this time. I groaned as I opened my eyes, of course, I was alone again. Here I thought that Kali was watching over me.

I tried to roll over in bed, barely able to move. I was suddenly looking at the floor as I rushed to meet it with my face. Again, I groaned, this whole year was turning out to be shit.

A moment later, I felt a pair of arms lift me off the ground. I then heard two feminine voices giggle.

"I thought he was a powerful god," I heard one female voice say.

"No, he's actually a powerful demi=god. He is still new to it so he's having to 'feel' his way," another female said.

This time the first voice giggled harder, "ah! Sister, you have had him! I can see that you have, from what I can see, he was very good."

"Eh, he was adequate," the second voice said. A moment later, both voices started to giggle harder.

"Yes, I think that I need to have a go also," the first voice said as they both giggled more.

I groaned as they finally turned me over. I then came face to face with Kali and the last Goddess I had released, Rohini.

"It's not good to talk about someone when they are in the room. Especially when they can hear you," I groaned again.

"Again, you tried to do more than you could. Your body is still new to this it takes time," Kali said.

"Kali," I said, trying to sit up and falling back to the bed. "You needed as many out as possible, especially with ninety-eight more Danavas out there."

Kali sighed as she slightly nodded her head, "that is very true but, it does no good if you are dead, true?" Kali asked.

I slowly nodded my head, "true though it had to be done."

Kali and Rohini both rolled their eyes as they shook their heads. "So like a selfless human," Rohini said.

"Huh<" I said. "As I see it, without me, there wouldn't be any of you out. So, as I see it? I should catch less grief."

"Uh huh," Kali said. "You keep thinking like that, and you're not going to get that far."

For now, all I could do is stare at both of them. This, of course, started another round of them giggling at me.

"Well," I smirked at both of them. "I am so glad that I am a means of entertaining both of you." I then crossed my arms and turned away.

"We should not be having fun at your expense. Unfortunately, you make it so easy too," Kali said.

"That's why I was hoping that you could help teach me," I told her.

A truly shocked look came over her face, "me? Teach you? I don't think that would go all that well," she said.

"I'm afraid that you may be the only one that can teach me. Plus, you seem to be the only one with the time," I told her.

Kali puts her arms on her hips," so I am just convenient for you? I am not just a convenience for you. If your thoughts of me are like this, then perhaps I should go elsewhere," an upset Kali said.

Rohini was attempting to hold back her laugh, though, as I could see she was about to lose that battle.

"Well," I said, "you were having fun at my expense, why not have you teach me? I know my father doesn't have the time."

Kali stood there for a few minutes, seeming to think it over. Rohini was staring at her like she had lost her mind. "You're not seriously considering denying him, are you?"

"What? If you are that anxious, then perhaps you should teach him," Kali said, still sounding serious.

I was about to say more when I heard and felt several powerful beings appear outside my tent.

I just shook my head, what in the hell did they require of me now?

As I figured, it was the three of the Trimurti. No telling what the hell they wanted me to do now.

Brahma and Vishnu stepped forward though Shiva still remained back some. I just sighed. I was doing my best to get over being pissed at Shiva.

Brahma started, "Robert Thompson, we have been unable to get to Svar-loka. It seems that the one that ruled there is missing." I just shook my head, why in the hell had I the feeling that they were going to want another of their kind?

I just sighed as I asked, "and who is this?"

All three of the Trimurti smiled when they saw the look on my face. "He is the ruler of Svar-loka. His name is Indra. A very powerful Devi, without him, we cannot access our home," Vishnu said.

I just shook my head, "I know that it is your home though, there seems to be another reason," I said as I looked at the three before me.

"You might say that" Brahma said. "For now, with all of us here, the Davanas have somewhat of an advantage over us."

I was shocked for a moment, then the more I thought about it, it seemed true. I thought about it more, if this Devi, as they called themselves was that powerful, I might have trouble.

I held up both my arms as I started to search for Indra. After half an hour, I knew he wasn't on earth. I then turned to the skies, doing another half-hour search. Not finding anything, I turned a confused look upon the Trimurti.

"OK," I started, not only confused but somewhat upset that they were wasting my time. "I have searched the earth and the sky there is nothing. I really don't appreciate you wasting my time."

All the three of the Trimurti also looked confused. "He was here this morning," Shiva said. "I felt him not far from here."

I just shook my head as I motioned Shiva closer. Laying a hand on his head, I searched for what he'd felt this morning. I was at it for a few minutes when I actually found what I was looking for.

Holy shit! How in the hell had I missed a power this great? I just shook my head as I reached out again, looking for the power that Shiva had felt.

It took a lot of concentration, but eventually I found it. I then turned to look concerned at the Trimurti.

"Is there something wrong?" Brahma asked, a look of concern on his face.

"Well," I started. "I finally found him though, where he is seems to be hidden. I can feel the power of more than ten Dravanas."

Brahma looked at me strangely, "Dravanas? What are you talking about?"

"The evil ones that fight against you," I said, thinking I had it right.

"The evil ones? You mean the Asuras! You say that they are hiding him? It appears that you will need help releasing him," Vishnu said.

"I do believe that would help. I'm not sure if I can defend against them and release him," I said.

I appeared on what seemed to be a beach. I could also see what appeared to be ten or so pissed of spirits?

A moment later, the entire Trimurti, Rama, Ganesha, Kertikeya, Yama, and Chandra appeared.

I could see that they weren't happy, none more than Kertikeya and Yama.

"I suggest that you get started," Brahma said. "We should be able to keep these off you."

I heard one of the Asuras scream, "there it is! Destroy it before it releases him!"

The next thirty or more minutes were intense as a battle went on around me.

Unfortunately, it was slower than I thought it would be. I had to make glass out of the sand to keep the water from flooding into the hole I had made. It also seemed yo hit bedrock at only a foot. Shit I thought, figures!

It also seemed that the Asuras were fighting as hell of a lot harder than I thought they would. They were also starting to get a little closer each time.

The thing was that there always seemed to be one of the Trimurti or the others near me. I was using my new method to get through was actually at twelve feet in no time.

"How much further?" Shiva asked a moment later.

"Not sure, I am barely past halfway," I shouted to him.

He seemed to tell the others as they started to fight even harder. I was at sixteen feet when I finally started to feel him clearer. Damnit! This one was a lot deeper.

I looked around for a mistake, as I could see that those, I had released were badly outnumbered. Damn, I thought I needed to go faster as I redoubled my efforts.

Still, for as outnumbered as they were, they were truly holding their own. They were, though not so for me, the Asuras were edging closer and closer to me.

I had started to get through again after stopping to talk. This seemed to stop all the fighting as the Asura I had hit screamed, then dropped straight down. The main thing, though, was the fact that it didn't move or get back up.

This seemed to spur the rest of the Asuras to fight even harder to get to me. Though I noticed that they weren't getting as close anymore, they were still trying to hit me with energy bolts.

This, of course, started to piss me off even more. Brahma stopped beside me, "We will keep them off you, destroying the one you did will deter them now."

I nodded as for the third time I started trying to get through again. The last that I was trying to get through seemed to be even more dense than the bedrock.

Still, I kept going, feeling the power of the one entombed grow stronger. Shit, this one was as powerful as I had been told.

I was at the last of twenty feet when I felt that I was about to break through. I got everything ready as I made the last foot disappear.

When I broke through there was a huge, rushing of power that came out. As suddenly as it started, the fighting ceased.

With looks of more anger than fear, all the rest of the Asuras pointed at me. One in particular snarled as he said, "this isn't over. Unlike the gods, you are a false god, this will be your downfall when you are destroyed!"

With that, he and the rest of the Asuras popped out of sight. I took a deep breath now, all I had to do was deal with Indra.

I could see that that was going to be easier said than done. This guy was as powerful if not more than the others.

"So you are Indra?" I asked as he started to rip through my shield. Damn, not only was he strong as hell, he had a rage that far surpassed all the others.

I looked at the others as nothing I did could distract nor calm him.

I then heard Brahma, "hold Indra," this caused him to pause. He then looked around for the first time. I wasn't sure he recognized the others as he was staring at Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.

I thought that this had finally calmed him, when he turned and started to shred my shield again. I felt all three of the Trimurti add their power to mine. At least now I might last 'til his anger was almost gone.

Still, I tried to get through to him, basically to no avail. It was almost an hour before he calmed looking at the

Trimurti.

He shook his head as he finally focused on the three gods. "The Trimurti? Well, this is indeed a good welcome." He then looked over at me with a frown on his face. "You, I do not know," he said.

I bowed as I said, "I am the son of Ephus, I am apparently a demi-god like he is. My powers are, though, very different than his."

Indra listened to what I said, nodding his head. "Yes, I know of this Ephus, he has helped many of the god realms. He has left you to aid us?" When I just nodded, he continued. "Well, we will see if you are up to the task as your father is."

I sighed, this shit was going to go on as long as I was in his shadow. I almost started to laugh as I thought that it was almost as it had been in the human world.

I actually held my temper in check, the guy had serious power that I was not a match for, at least not yet.

He looked at the rest as he nodded, then vanished. The rest started to pop out 'til it was just Kali and me.

She smiled then touched my arm as we both popped out, appearing in what appeared to be a great hall. Every one of them were standing before a huge door with Indra in the front.

All of them seemed to be perplexed, Indra was waving a hand in front of the door. I looked at Kali, "what's going on?" I asked.

Kali looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. "This is Indra's domain; they should open when he commands it. As you and everyone else can see, that isn't happening."

I was shocked, though no more than all the gods and Indra himself. Indra turned and looked around, quickly spotting me and Kali.

"You!" He shouted. "It has to be because you are not a full god. You need to leave, now!" I looked at him as if he'd lost his mind, then he did something that royally pissed me off.

Indra looked at me with an angry face. He then waved a hand at me to make me disappear. I know it was that as I felt something try to grab me and remove me.

The look of shock and surprise on his face was priceless. I raised a hand to block what he was doing, watching as he was hit and knocked back into the door.

He, of course, got angry, swatting at me, knocking me back from the door was quite a long way away. I looked at my hand, when in the hell had I gotten enough power to actually make Indras feel it?

Indra growled when I reappeared, "You need to leave non-god, before you are hurt badly. I promise it will not be pleasant," he said, then tried to swat at me again. This time I was ready as I blocked all that he sent. Well, I tried, though I noticed that he didn't push me back nearly as far.

I smiled as Indra was also starting to get perplexed. "Hmm," I started, "having a problem?"

Indras's eyes got large as he looked at his hand, "no problem non-god, except you need to depart. The doors refuses to move while you, a non-god, are here."

I just smirked at him after he said this. "You ever think that ther door is stuck?"

He just stared at me as if I was a simpleton. "This door does not get stuck, it was made so that wouldn't happen," he said like he was talking to a child.

"Uh huh, I said as I walked to where Indra was standing. "So," I started, "since I am a non-god as you say, then you won't care if I try, correct?"

As I expected, more than half of them were laughing. I just shook my head as I saw that Kali and Rohini were the only ones not laughing.

I rolled my eyes, placed a hand on the door gripping an edge, then pulled as the door eased open. I looked at Indra.

I rolled my eyes again, "your welcome, NOT!" I then blinked out, appearing near a larger column of rock.

I could feel a power that I felt that it was closely associated with. I almost stopped as I started to chip away at the base all the way around. I shook my head. I might be a royal pain, an ass I was, not an unfeeling asshole like I felt almost all of them were.

I was quite a ways into the base, then was moving up when Kali and Rohini showed up. I shook my head, "I don't really want to hear about it. If you can, take a message to that pompous prick of a god. After I release his wife? I am done, I refuse to be treated as if I am lower than the shit on the bottom of his sandals.

"You can't leave!" Both Kali and Rohini cried out. "You are the only one that can release the rest of us."

"Obviously, it isn't important enough for most of them," I snarled.

"What do you mean," a worried Kali said.

"I mean they all let him do that to me, not a one of them stood for me, not a word, nothing! So, you say that, as I said, that pompous prick of a god, I am done. He obviously thinks he can do it all, so let him. I know when I am not wanted, I don't stay where I am not wanted," I said acidly.

"That is a shame after all the good you've done," a soft voice said behind me. Shit, I had been so upset that I had released her after a few seconds.

"Ah, you must be Indrani, I apologize to you though, to him? Never! I am sorry to and for all of you." Here I turned to Indrani, "please tell your husband that, tbe non-god his words, is done. Tell him it is his fault and his alone. Though as arrogant as he is? He probably won't care and now. Neither do I."

I then bowed to all three goddesses, bent over their hands, kissing them, then I vanished. When I appeared, it was more than a few minutes later, damn I thought looking around had been a while.

Damn, how in the hell had I managed to get all the way home? I was back in the U.S. standing outside my old home. I sighed as I also realized that there was no one here anymore.

I reached in shutting all the power that my supposed father had opened up. I might have to develop a type of dampening so they couldn't find me. My supposed father worried about finding me, then didn't even stay half a day.

I tried to lower my power more, finally feeling that there was hardly anything. It might work, though Kali could possibly find me, shit.

Back in the Hindu god realm mainly in Svarga, there were some very unhappy devas. Most of their unhappiness was directed toward Indra.

The main three were Kali, Rohini and Indrani, though Indrani was the most upset. They had started in on Indra when Kali and the other two gasp.

The Trimurti were afraid as they asked the three what was wrong. Kali fell to her knees with an almost vacant look in her eyes. "It's Robert, I can't feel him," she turned toward Indra and growled.
